A hearty thanks...

I just noticed that I hit 20,000 views sometime in the past day or so and I realized that I haven't thanked you kind folks in awhile. I started writing this after reading some stuff of a great blogger, Stephen, and it got me to wanting to get out there in the ether. As some of my regulars may know, there is no rhyme or reason to my blog-I just need to get stuff of my chest every so often. As the header states "sometimes my cup needs a place to spill over from getting too full." Well...here we are spilling over. So-thanks to you 37 followers(lost some in the deal somewhere-must of been liberals) and all of those who just breeze on through. Grab a jar of sweet tea and get a plate; the biscuits are hot and the gravy is coming off the stove. Y'all have a good 'un.

    1. I am the gravy maker in our house, but any woman who can whoop up some good gravy is definitely a keeper. You and the Senior keep up the good work. Thanks for stopping by.

  4. Where is the extra side of biscuits, and home made jelly? Gotta have them extra biscuits to sop up the left over gravy on the plate. If not, I lose my manners, and would lick the plate.

    Really looks yummy!

    1. I'm an apple butter kind o' guy, or in a pinch, I like to mix some honey and butter together and smear on my last half of biscuit. Breakfast dessert if you will. Come on down, brother, and I'll make you some. Good to hear from you; hope your buddy is doing well with the chemo.
